Copyright Notice

This agreement is entered into between the "Archives of Critical Care Medicine" Journal and the author to publish the submitted Article in the ACCM Journal. To proceed with the publication, it is necessary to establish ownership of the copyright. The Author is kindly requested to carefully read and complete the provided form, and then return one copy to the journal office.

This Agreement includes explanatory notes, which are an integral part of the overall agreement.

In consideration of the publication of the article in the "Archives of Critical Care Medicine" Journal, the Author hereby warrants and undertakes the following:

  1. The submitted article is an original work that has not been published previously and is not currently under consideration for publication elsewhere.
  2. The Author has obtained the necessary permissions from the copyright holder to reproduce any material included in the Article (in print or any other format).
  3. The article does not infringe upon any existing copyrights or other rights of third parties.
  4. The Author agrees to indemnify and hold the Editors of the "Archives of Critical Care Medicine" Journal harmless against any claims and expenses arising from any breach of the aforementioned warranties.
  5. In the case of a multi-authored Article, the Author has obtained a copyright assignment from all co-authors.

By signing this agreement, the Author assigns the copyright for the full duration of copyright protection, including any renewals, extensions, revisions, and revivals thereof. This assignment grants the "Archives of Critical Care Medicine" Journal all rights of action related to the Article, worldwide, in any form or language.

It is important to note that proper citation is essential when utilizing any material from the "Archives of Critical Care Medicine" journal. This ensures that the original authors and sources are credited appropriately.
