حمایت اجتماعی و شاخص توده بدن در نوجوانان: نقش واسطهای رفتارهای مرتبط با سلامتی

چکیده
سابقه و هدف: عوامل متعدد شخصی، محیطی، اجتماعی و خانواده با ایجاد رفتارهاي سالم و ناسالم در نوجوانان مرتبط است. این پژوهش با هدف تعیین ارتباط بین حمایت اجتماعی و شاخص توده بدن در نوجوانان با توجه به نقش واسطهای رفتارهای مرتبط با سلامت انجام گرفت. این پژوهش با هدف تعیین ارتباط بین حمایت اجتماعی و شاخص توده بدن در نوجوانان با توجه به نقش واسطهای رفتارهای مرتبط با سلامت انجام گرفت.
روش کار: در این مطالعه از طرح مطالعه مقطعی با راهبرد همبستگی استفاده شد. جامعه آماری شامل دانشآموزان دختر و پسر مقطع متوسطه دوم مدارس دولتی شهرهای شرق استان مازندران در سال ۹۹-۱۳۹۸ بود. طبق نظر مونرو از نسبت حجم نمونه به ازای هر گویه (حداقل 5 به 1) استفاده گردید و با احتساب ریزش نمونه ۵2۰ دانشآموز (میانگین سنی 0/86 ± 16/96) بر اساس روش نمونهگیری خوشهای چند مرحلهای تصادفی انتخاب شدند. با استفاده از پرسشنامههای حمایت اجتماعی، فعالیت بدنی نوجوانان، بیتحرکی، بسامد مصرف میوه و سبزی و وضعیت اجتماعی- اقتصادی و نیز با محاسبه شاخص توده بدن جمعآوری دادهها صورت گرفت. دادهها با آزمونهای یو من-ویتنی، ضریب همبستگی اسپیرمن و مدلیابی معادلههای ساختاری با استفاده از نرمافزارهای SPSS25 و PLS3 تحلیل شد.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که پسران از حمایت اجتماعی بالاتری نسبت به دختران برخوردارند (P=0.01). همچنین بین حمایت اجتماعی و شاخص توده بدن ارتباط معناداری وجود دارد (P=0.01). نقش واسطهای رفتارهای مرتبط با سلامتی از جمله بیتحرکی (0.082-=β و P=0.01)، فعالیت بدنی (0.057-=β و P=0.01) و مصرف میوه و سبزی (0.086-=β و P=0.01) در ارتباط بین حمایت اجتماعی و شاخص توده بدن تأیید شد.
نتیجهگیری: متخصصان علاقمند به برنامهریزی در مورد پیشگیری، کنترل و درمان چاقی نوجوانان میتوانند از نقش مستقیم و غیرمستقیم حمایت اجتماعی و رفتارهای مرتبط با سلامتی برای کنترل وزن بدن بهره گیرند.
